Office
Stop in the office, or use the drive-thru, to pay your bill using cash, check, or card. Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4 pm. Our Night Deposit is also available 24/7 by the drive-thru. If you are on Prepaid Billing, please do not leave payment to prevent disconnection or for credit to reconnect. These payments should be applied during open hours only.
*Beginning June 1, 2026, Decatur County REMC will implement a No Change Policy for cash payments. Members must provide the exact amount due, or any overpayment will be applied as a credit to the account.
