Decatur County REMC recently completed a transition to a new website backend provider.
As with any technology change of this size, members may experience occasional issues, broken links, or unexpected website behavior while updates and adjustments are finalized. Our team is actively monitoring the site and working to identify and correct any issues as quickly as possible.
Technology is complex, and despite extensive preparation, some items may not function exactly as intended during the transition. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue refining the platform and resolving any concerns that arise.
If you encounter an issue while using the website, please contact our office so we can investigate and address it promptly.
We appreciate your patience as we work through this transition and remain committed to providing the best possible online experience for our members.
